"The property was excellent, very modern, and chic. We really enjoyed the spacious room which is very hard to find in South Korea. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially Hailey who was very flexible and super helpful allowing us to check in earlier than the normal time which was very appreciated since we were exhausted getting there from Seoul. Overall, a great stay and will recommend it to all of our friends that plan to visit Busan."

"Location was nice by the lakeside. Our room was very spacious.
Main complaint is the coffee shop on premises should open much earlier than 10 am. Only option nearby was a small 7 Eleven 10 min by foot. All other coffee shops were closed or didn’t open until after 10, others too far away to walk by foot."

"If I visit Busan again, I will book this for accommodation again. Just perfect! Just one thing that can be improved is to provide a small desk mirror for ladies to use for facial makeup! Other than this, there is nothing I can complain about!"

"New LCT Residence is one of the most impressive high-rise buildings in Haeundae. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the room offered an absolutely amazing ocean view—I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every day. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient. Parking in the basement was a bit hectic, but the incredible views and comfortable amenities made it all worth it!"
