"The property was excellent, very modern, and chic. We really enjoyed the spacious room which is very hard to find in South Korea. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, especially Hailey who was very flexible and super helpful allowing us to check in earlier than the normal time which was very appreciated since we were exhausted getting there from Seoul. Overall, a great stay and will recommend it to all of our friends that plan to visit Busan."

"Very pleasant and nice staff however old building with old plumbing. Horrible people smoked in their rooms which we could smell in our room.
Restricting gym use to once per full stay is ridiculous. Never experienced this type of restriction in any other hotels before. Doesn’t make sense. Not sure if I would stay again or recommend. Overpriced for mediocre hotel."

"If I visit Busan again, I will book this for accommodation again. Just perfect! Just one thing that can be improved is to provide a small desk mirror for ladies to use for facial makeup! Other than this, there is nothing I can complain about!"
