"Quaint building with lots of character. We really liked the location, and were able to park our cars at the hotel for free. We walked 5 minutes into town center a few times a day.
The beds were beautiful but creaky, noisy and the footboards were wobbly. The mattress and bedding was comfortable! There was a window AC unit that worked great. I did mention to the wonderful front desk staff that the TV and remote both seemed to have power, but we could not get the TV turned on. Also, there were a few small gnats in the bathroom. It was a very hot weekend and in an old building there will frequently be drain flies, hopefully it can be addressed so it doesnt get bad. The bar downstairs was very cute with large windows, and there was live music in the evenings on the weekend. We were also able to grab toothpaste from the front desk when we realized we had none. Overall we liked our stay"
