"This property is centrally located in a very walkable area between the Blue Mosque and the Sophia Mosque. They have a fantastic restaurant attached. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A shout out to the Consignor and to Kadir who were both amazing to us during our stay."

"While quaint, realize that hotels such as this one do not offer all the amenities of a modern hotel. For example, we arrived during a warm spell in mid-April and wanted it cooler in our room. However, the building HVAC system had not been converted to summer mode so a/c was not available. Also, through extremely convenient to the Sultanahamet and its attractions, it is also right on the metro train line which is noise and potentially dangerous."

"Its location was good and room was very clean. We got a little push back when we asked for another toilet paper, but it was resolved. Had to advance order for breakfast so we missed our window .Good directions to grand bazaar but wasn't told their were many tea shops 4 blocks away? so that info would have been helpful.Hotel on a busy street , so a little noisy but close the windows.We weren't told that when you turn off the lights ,electricity in the room turns off. So you can't charge phones...

"This really is a gem in the old centre of Istanbul, with very kind staff always willing to make your stay special. We chose this for the great reviews, location and the option to experience different sides to the city through their complementary walking tours and cooking class. In the end we only did the cooking class but it was so worth it! Great experience to try the local flavours and chat with Okay the manager who explained what the cooks were doing (and how we should cut, etc). It added a...

"Wonderful little place, very quiet, quaint everything you need in a room with nice views and a wonderful breakfast buffet spread that you can eat on the rooftop if you want or down in the kitchen. Has a very bed and breakfast feel to it. Walking distance to the famous mosques and you have a secret tram, the T6, Cankurtaran stop, that you can take to get up to some of the bazaars on the North end."
