I totally agree with you that Pearl River Hotel offers a “warm” environment in an colonial architecture. We noticed that you enjoyed yourself at our pool, restaurant and our newly opened Café Opal. I believed you are a well-travelled person and immediately you are able to find the misfit in the rooms as compared to the overall appearance of the hotel. Rooms on the 4th-6th floors are the pre-renovation rooms and the carpet is our top priority on the renovation list planned for the 2nd half of 2018.
