Nice room. Staff is nice but not very professional as if they are not used to dealing with tourists. For example there were issues with the credit card payment machine. They expect you to pay cash in local dinars

Hotel Oran Bay Managed By Accor
There were issues with the WIFI in the hotel. My room did not have WIFI for days but the lobby did. There is only one restaurant in the hotel which is Buffet, fortunately the buffer is amazing. The Pool and Gym are nice but there is NO WIFI there.

Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Gardenia Hotel Oran
The confort appartement was good and spacious with a good bacony with sea views. The hotel lacks facilities mainly deli/ cofee places, restaurant, wifi throughout the hotel(Modem provided in room on request). The pool area was not open.
