The hosts, Shimon and Carmit, are extremely nice, helpful, accommodating, and generous. Getting to know them was a pleasure. For breakfast, we received vouchers for the nearby Shtroudl restaurant, which was surprisingly pleasant (with a lot of options, huge portions, good service, and great food). All in all, we enjoyed staying here and would love to come back."

"Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

"We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." "
