I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they made such a great first impression and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything I needed was available....

"They put us in a hearing impaired room on the 2nd floor. Room was next to i75 with tremendous road noise. The bed was horrible. No cushion on mattress and couch was narrow and worthless. I ran a fan all night to combat noise and no air flow. We requested some relief and they offered nothing. Also, tv would never shut off when we left next day. And there was no dishwasher soap so we left the dishes in the dishwasher. This is normally a good hotel with good staff. Next time we will reject this...

"I recently stayed at the Hilton in Gainesville and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a nice view of the city. One of my favorite features was the lovely courtyard with a beautiful tree surrounded by mature trees draped in Spanish moss, which created a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.
