"Leider wurde die anfängliche Begeisterung über eine vermeintlich sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung schnell getrübt. Bei der Buchung und auf der Buchungsbestätigung war für die Wohnung immer die Adresse des Hotels angegeben, sprich mitten im Ort, direkt am Kurpark gelegen. Nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine automatische Nachricht, dass die Wohnung 2km vom Hotel entfernt sei. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns dann recht schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass wir das ja gesehen hätten, wenn wir über das Hotel direkt...
"Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Bad Lauterberg würden wir auf jeden Fall dieses Hitel wieder wählen. Preis / Leistung hat hier gestimmt."
