"Any to the wrong comfort hotel at first,, loads of people do. Leaving the hotel first thing in the morning we arrived at the far gate 36 through fairly busy security in just 45 minutes on a Sunday morning so sorry convenient location once you realise you passed it"

No phone in the room - when I tried to call them to get a password for the internet on my mobile it rang out - so a walk down to the front desk that should have been offered at the outset - or on a sign or card in the room. No tissues in the bathroom - the cleaners neglected to refresh the tea bag supply or wash the cups. Little things that add up to an ordinary review. "This hotel has ice machine. Place was clean, and comfy. Staffs were friendly. Walkable distance to shopping mall. Many restaurants around. Breakfast was great. We didn’t drink, so couldn’t say much about the bar, but it looked clean and well organized. I would recommend this place."

"Stayed in 2 x Lux rooms with the family over the Easter weekend. Rooms were an excellent size for a city hotel. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had a drink in the bar. Food and cocktails were excellent and service was also of a very high standard. Breakfast was also of a very high standard, with barista coffees made to order. The hotel is in a good location; a short walk to the city centre and ferry to islands. The area itself is full of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops....
