"One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!"

"The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. "Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport."
