"One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners. Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay. I would surely love to stay here again!"

There are shops close by and this was useful and we felt safe . Good location with airport nearby and restaurants close by "

"The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...

"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

"There is nothing 4-star about this place and at the time I booked, I chose it because its description claimed that it had a full-service spa and provided a FREE airport transfer. Nope, the spa does not exist and not only is their transfer not free, it costs almost three times what a Uber costs, for a very short ride to the airport. They conveniently fail to mention that there is a nightclub on the premises, so I was kept awake by loud music and inebriated people talking loudly in the corridor...

"Deceptive and misleading photos. Window does not provide view of outside. I felt claustrophobic. Despite repeated requests to shift to a different room & floor, the staff did not oblige . Will not recommend & will not stay here again "
