"The spa had no steam room. It only had a sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. You have to pay extra for all other spa facilities that are advertised. The room was crawling with ants and 1 big cockroach. The breakfast dining room had lots of flies. I saw a fly stuck to a fried egg during the breakfast ..."

"They were incredibly friendly at the hotel and provided great service. The downside was that the air conditioning was very noisy, so it couldn’t be used during the night. The key cards were easily demagnetized, so they often didn’t work."
