We apologize for the issues you experienced with us during your stay. We spoke with our team and we understood they did their best to act quickly and move you to another room. However, you and your family did break a number of our guest rules and were aggressive to our staff. We agreed it was best for you to find other accommodations and refunded you for 2 nights.
