I lly realized that we weren't booking a 5 star hotel, we just wanted a basic comfortable experience.
The concerns we had with our stay. The window in our room was broken from top to bottom. I took a picture within minutes of entering the room as I didn't want to be held responsible. I tried to plug in my tablet to recharge but the plug was not secured to the wall, not just the cover but the whole plug. I didn't feel it was safe to use. The toilet seat was loose, it barely stayed on the toilet when you sat on it, my son says he noticed mold in the bathroom. We tried to have the window open to prevent using the air conditioner however there were cars in and out of the parking lot all night closing their doors right beneath our window over and over again. They would only stay for a short time then leave again. Finally after no sleep by 3:30am, my son closed the window and turned on the air conditioner. We tried that for about 34 minutes but it was soooo loud that it was impossible to sleep so we turned it off and left the window closed. My son slept for a couple of hours. I could not sleep cause the room was so stuffy, it was 25 degrees in there when we got out of bed. I did not sleep for even 1 minute which impacted how I felt the next day.
We informed the desk we were checking out the next morning and I asked for the manager's name. I was not given it, I was given a generic email which i emailed with no response after 5 days of waiting.
