"Terrible service. We stayed as part of a large family group of 12 and no-one had a decent experience. Rooms were untouched for days at a time even after we repeatedly asked reception. Broken glass and room service trays left outside garden room for 4 days. Buffet was re-heated fries and burgers. Even the local produce tasted bland and thats hard to manage in Turkey. Id be disappointed if we had paid a quarter of the price. Just terrible."
"This was our second time staying at this beautiful resort, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The staff were warm and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the room upgrade — it made our stay even more comfortable.
Our son had a fantastic time at the water slide pool and the kids club, which were both highlights of the trip. The resort’s location is also perfect — very convenient and close to a variety of great dining options.

"This is a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I informed them ahead of arriving of a food allergy, and they went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast options. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the bathroom good quality (with good water pressure!) The location was great - close enough to be an easy walk to all of the attractions of Alaçatı, but far enough away to be able to have a quiet night’s sleep. Would recommend! "
