"Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay"

"We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for almost a week, and loved it. It was the perfect base for my family to visit Salzburg and the surrounding area. The apartment inside is huge - big living room, balcony, bathroom, and bedrooms. Everything was modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in Salzburg was nice for the unusual heat wave that was going on (although it is centrally disabled most nights so if it's hot you should open your windows - that's my only complaint). "We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities. We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. "Gorgeous property, spacious rooms, extremely comfy beds! We loved the location, but know if you arrive on a Sunday, nothing is open except gelato and pizza, but parking is free on Sundays, so that is nice. Great bonus we werent aware of when booking is Tennengau card with discounts to attractions and free use of public transport. Perfect for our family of 4!!"

"I would certainly stay here again! My husband and 2 teens had a great time. The room was very spacious with lots of windows. We were lucky to be in an apartment that had a view of the fortress. The front desk staff was always very helpful and had great recommendations for us. The breakfast option would be something i would get again with wonderful options. It was so nice to be a short 5 min walk to the train station and all the transit options there. A fantastic stay."

"Beautiful hotel, very welcoming and professional, smiling staff. The room was huge and beautiful, with a sauna on the HUGE balcony! Wow… the only thing I would change is the mattress, it could have been so much sweeter with a memory foam mattress… but no necessarily uncomfortable… Also, pay attention to the office hours of the front desk, after a certain time of day, you cannot reach anyone at the front desk. Just be aware. Otherwise, I highly recommend this lovely place! "
