"Room and hotel is basic and met our immediate needs. We chose it due to it's proximity to shopping and downtown Boston. Overall our stay was good and the free parking was much appreciated. "

"Don’t think the floors are ever cleaned. New white socks were black on bottom within minutes. Saw cleaning crew but they never even had a mop, just broom and dust pan. Laminated wood floors throughout. Other than floors everything was mostly ok."

"My room was disgusting. All towels stained, bed sheets stained. Paint on chair floors and counters gross. The entire building reeks of body odor and stale cigarettes. Nips bottles all over the parking lot. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend staying here. Motel 6 would have been an upgrade to this place."

"Pool was closed without a heads up. Elevator was scary started moving before the doors were closed. Staff were great though. Hotel room was missing the sliding door/mirror. Horrible beds & pillows."

"The tv didn’t turn on at all and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The refrigerator was filled with water from being broken. The towels were not properly cleaned as we found boogers on one of the towels. Def would not recommend a stay here. Very disappointing to say the least. "

"Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....

"No greeting when entered, no good mornings or have a great day. Really odd. I suggest that management should review the videos and address these easy fixes. "

"Hotel was nice and clean! They have a little store with food and snacks downstairs. They also have a bar that stays open until 2am. Bartender David was so awesome!! He made our night! AJ at the front desk was just as amazing!! I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent along with the staff taking care of the breakfast area. We'll stocked and fresh. Hotel was clean, little outdated but many families and travelers. Easy access to many attractions in Boston."

"Woman at front desk was lovely and helped us check in no problem. Got to room and realized shower was disgusting, marked up and in bad shape. After going out and returning to room later that night, we pulled out the bed from the pull out couch and it had stains resembling throw up, feces, unknown liquids and other things not only on the sheets but stained into the actual mattress. Spoke to Mike at the front desk who was very helpful and showed us 5 other rooms where they all had similar stains....

"This is the second time we have stayed at this particular Hyatt Place. I requested a king size bed for 2 nights and ended up with 2 doubles. When I went to speak with the front desk, there was a long line. I waited for a bit, but she seemed to be the only person. Anyway, we decided to stay in the room. We were on the third floor and the ice machine would not stop beeping. I went to the front desk, still only 1 person and a line. I told them and they said they would take care of it and they did....

"This was okay. Everyone was super nice at the front desk. The parking situation because of outsiders coming for live music and part of the lot being full of new cars was awful"

"The hotel is nice, staff amazingly helpful and nice.my only complaint is that there were hairs all over the bathroom floor and shower curtain when I checked in."
