"The hotel was hard to find despite being in the Main Street in Golling. This was due to it being renovated and partially hidden by this. Entrance to car park is via a narrow passage through the building to the back which was a bit tight both the passage and the car park. Parts of the hotel that have been renovated are good but more needs to be done professionally. Once the reception was found the staff were helpful. The room was fine and clean, location good for town and country. Lots of local restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.."
"Everything about this hotel is perfect, the room, the location, the staff, the breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. The location is superb and I would definitely recommend a lake view room, absolutely stunning. Real luxury and an experience I will never forget."
"Breakfast great. No air conditioning and the flies off the lake are bad when you have to open the windows. Lady at checkout was incredibly slow and would not let us leave our keys so missed the boat. Otherwise excellent location and as expected."

The reception ladies can be more helpful / informative about booking taxi and rides around the area as it’s not very accessible be very appreciated as it can get very stressful missing flights and stuff."
"The property could have worked on the outdoor landscape better . Ants were noticeable on the premise . It was a pricey stay . But, would not stay without a lakeside view . The bedroom did not face any mountain view as described . Only , over grown greenery is what we saw from bedroom window .
The host treated us with a bottle of wine as a welcomed guest . Much appreciated ."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room with amazing view. (Room 7). Very nice balcony. In the center of the village. Easy walking to everything. I would stay there again. Lovely very small coffee shop and café on ground floor. Great selection of high quality cakes. No TV in room but don't let that put you off. It's a very nice place to stay."
