Disliked: Communication

Dancenter kan ikke anbefales

Stedet var udmærket til et par overnatninger, selv om huset viste sig at være under ombygning. Den reelle udlejer viste sig at være Dancenter. Deres kommunikation er under al kritik ! Selv om intet var nævnt på Hotels.com, hvor købet var ikke-refunderbart, kom der krav om ekstra forbrugsydelser og et depositum. Det er et dansk firma, som sælger til en dansk kunde - alligevel var lejekontrakten på hollandsk ! Når man skriver til det lokale kontor, får man svar fra et fjernt servicecenter med en delvist uforståelig google-oversættelse fra engelsk til dansk. Vi har stadig ikke fået depositum retur !
