"In fact, since the hotel overbooked that weekend, I was proposed a different hotel in Ivano-Frankivsk. It caused a bit of anxiety as I waited for confirmation of the room in the other establishment, but I was impressed by the professionalism and clear, prompt communication on Nadiya's customer service ..."

Large beautiful rooms
"My only complaint about this property says in description they have air conditioning. Well they do not have this they have a fan. Really big room and bathroom and I'm from the states so for European standard it's insanely large. Nice people in the heart of the city."
