"had a short stay at kithala and we were given a very warm welcome by the front office team .. they make you feel at home and invited us to light the Oil Lamp which is a symbol of respect ..it was very special ..wish we had stayed for few more days !! "

"We spend two days in the resort. The arrival was easy and we received a heartfelt greeting. The room was very clean and we had a wonderfull view in the surrouning nature. The pool was as well Good organized and clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast and Dinner was amazing. You can chose between different meals which were prepared with local fruits vegetables and meat or fish. We like it that they Support the local Provider. This Supports the private Business and secure freshly cooked...

"Dejligt hotel lige ved stranden. Vi boede i hytterne. Venligt personale. Dog skal man vide at man ikke kan bade på stranden da bølger og strøm er for farligt. Dejlig pool."

"We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big)....

"Very nice and very quiet chalet on a deserted beach. The location is literally on the beach. Ideal if you want tranquility. Just the sound of the waves! Our host was excellent and helped us with information we needed. There is a good restaurant next door and the Waves will provide good dinners at reasonable cost if you give them warning (as everything is freshly cooked). "

"We used the hotels as a base for a safari tour and it was an ideal base. The location is great, being a short walk (1500m) out of Tissa. Lake Wind Resort is a beautiful heritage building that has had life injected again by new management. The team could not have been more helpful and attentive. We had a few minor issues, such as a very minor leak (understandable as the build has recently had work done), but the team addressed promptly and properly. Don’t let that put you off because the...

"Serendivi Resort Villa was amazing! Right on the beach, Tropical Modernist architecture and an incredible view. We were looked after very well by Farees, Chefs Sanath and Vinodh and the Manager Prabath. Really delicious food. I wish we had stayed longer! "
