Hotel mit guten Frühstück in ruhiger Lage

Bei diesem Hotel ist insbesondere das hervorragende Frühstück hervorzuheben, der Frühstücksraum war auch gut dimensioniert, so dass es keine Probleme gab einen freien Platz zu finden. Das Personal beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr aufmerksam und hat immer zeitnah nachgefüllt und auch abgeräumt ohne dabei zu bedrängen. Die Lage hat des Hotels hat mir ebenfalls gut gefallen dadurch dass es nicht direkt in Hamburg liegt, war es ruhiger, aber die Verkehrsanbindung in Richtung Hamburg war gut, so dass man innerhalb von 30 Minuten in Hamburg ist. Was weniger gut war, die Dusche hatte ein kleineres Schimmelproblem, war aber ansonsten sauber, aber eben nicht mehr im idealem Zustand. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, da gab es ebenfalls nichts zu meckern. In Summe hat aber alles gut gepasst und ich war sehr zufrieden und habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Bahnhof, somit erreicht man sehr gut die Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer am Aufzug, der sehr laut ist. Mir wurde sofort ein anderes angeboten. Die Zimmer selber sind in Ordnung. Das Buffet auch gut.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen optischen Mängeln

Der Check- In war schnell und kompetent. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das Zimmer kann eine Renovierung vertragen, Teppich voller Flecken, Tapete mit mehreren Streifen und Abdrücken, das Badezimmer: man sieht die Sprühstoße vom Reinigungsmittel. Es war mal ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden, wurde leider entfernt.

Godt hotel , pænt og rent. Venligt personale. Dog virkede aircondition/ventilation ikke på værelset hvilket var drøn ærgerligt da det var meget varmt og åbent vindue åbnede for en del trafiklarm. Men godt hotel som vi gerne benytter igen . Deres morgenmadsbuffet var god .
