Calm vibes in the midst of bustling Hamburg.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is well located, close by are cafes, pubs, and interesting shopping.

Large room with a great shower, albeit the shower is apart from the toilet so if people are not comfortable with others being in the room, this could be an issue. The room also had two single beds, but we booked one king bed. The worst aspect of the stay was the dust in the room. One lighting fixture was even covered in cobwebs. Having said all this, the hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet I have ever enjoyed. All in all, a pleasant stay despite the dust issues and the fact that the building needs updating. Hotel Har

Quite a disappointment

We had looked forward to a superbt hotel due to the high ratings, but the hotel was mediocre. Staff was friendly, location good, room was nice, but bland. Worst of all, it didn't appear from neither photos nor text that this is the kind of hotel with "integrated" bathroom. No door, not even a curtain, from bedroom to bathroom, although there was a door to the toilet. If we'd known, we never would have booked this hotel. Generally the hotel was a disappointment and not one we will recommend or return to. It's not value for money.

Dir Lage ist Top. Zimmer Tadellos Sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war nah am Aufzug. An einem der drei Aufzüge hatte aber eine Rolle einen Lagerschaden der dann relativ Laut war!
