Our weekend at Qasr Al Sarab by Anantara was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected luxury, authenticity, and exceptional hospitality.
Our Pool Villa was stunning—a perfect blend of modern comfort and Arabian elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the outdoor space was beautiful, and the private pool overlooking the endless dunes created one of the most spectacular settings we've ever experienced. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the Arabic-inspired slippers and welcome amenities to practical touches like illuminated makeup mirrors and cleverly mounted hair dryers.
The service was equally outstanding. A special thank you to May Love, who looked after us in the dining venues. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for guest service elevated every meal. We would also like to recognise Aaron, our personal villa host, who was exceptional throughout our stay. When we experienced a minor water leak in our villa, Arun arranged a seamless move to another villa with remarkable efficiency and minimal disruption, allowing us to continue enjoying our weekend without stress.
The resort itself is breathtaking. The pool, framed by the vast desert landscape of the Empty Quarter, is one of the most beautiful settings imaginable.
This was quite simply one of the finest resort experiences we have ever had. We loved every minute and are already planning to return with friends asap"
