Staff at the reception, this one particular lady- racist, had a terrible attitude- think her name’scAshley (blonde, side parted hair) I don’t think I’d be recommending QT to my colleagues/friends."

"The standout are the staff and Collins place breakfast. Rooms were loud as you could hear others in their rooms and bathrooms. Very warm room and aircon don’t seem to work. Could hear lifts move up and down despite being a few rooms away. Bed was comfortable."

"Our room smelled like cigarette smoke...very disappointing. They offered to move us, but we were unpacked. Housekeeping was not in out room until close to 4 pm the next day. Overall, we expected a bit more. "

"A wonderful boutiquey type hotel right in the centre of all the Laneway action. It’s in a great location, near lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as all the touristy things like theatres and markets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms also (we had a Capitol room which was spacious) and their cafe also great. Definitely recommend and will stay again for sure."

"We booked through expedia and when we went to check in we were told that our booking was for a standard king room and not the double/twin king room we paid for. We ended up getting back reward credit from expedia but it still worked out that we overpaid for the room. Everything felt like an up sale. Want to check in earlier thats $50, want both your rooms in the same floor that would be $30 per room per night. Want the double/twin king room that we paid for but expedia/crown wrongly booked...

"We had an excellent stay at Hannah St Hotel in Melbourne. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, well presented, and had a great overall feel from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
