"Excellent property and excellent customer service"

"We were there for four nights. On the second day our towels were changed, and the trash was removed but the bed was not made. On the third day we decided not to have the room cleaned. On the fourth day, the staff did not show up even though I had called the desk. They finally showed up with a change of towels upon my request. Also, the breakfast room is in dire need of a second waffle machine, as there is a lineup every morning for the single one that is available."

"We've stayed there a couple of times to date. Nice clean facility and staff are courteous. This time we were in the room right on the road so heard the traffic, the AC units were quite loud, but it was luckily not a hot night, so we were able to turn it off and still be comfortable."

"Breakfast was quite busy every morning, so quantity of food and seating space was limited (we ended up having breakfast else where for two of our three mornings) but our room was clean, the staff was friendly and our kids loved the access we had to the huge pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved our time on the island!"

However, our experience when we stayed there in July, 2026 was much different, When we first booked the reservation through Expedia, we were led to believe that there were only a few rooms left as the room availability indicated that they were sold out many of the rooms. "The room was clean (the smell of said cleaner was a bit harsh, though). Beds were comfortable, bathtub did need to be snaked as it pooled around ankles when showering. Excellent room for CBMF weekend."

"Booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Our granddaughter had a poodle and was one of the few hotels that allowed pets. This hotel was fantastic , very clean recently renovated with great friendly staff and a pool. Great location and price I would stay again even without a pet"

"The North Rustico Harbour Inn may look like a basic motel on the outside but it is clean, stylish, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and there is even a communal barbecue on site, available to guests. There is a grassy area available for children (or adults!) to play. The parking spots are extra wide.
