"Room was clean but the bed was hard & uncomfortable - a deluxe room you would think the bed would be soft or at least have a good topper!! The air conditioner was set to 1 temperature, maintenance was supposed to come to fix it but they were a no show & it was cold & windy during our stay. Some of the cocktails at some bars are premix from the tap for the price we paid also very disappointed. This resort has sooo much potential disappointed to see that instead of getting better after Covid it...
