"Room was clean, All staff were helpful, Air con worked well, lots of parking space. Drawbacks-Toilet seat kept falling down, Maintenance team need to take a look. Management team, please provide a good, high powered quality vaccum cleaner to your housekeeping staff. Don't think current basic one does any magic."

"Exactly as described. Perfect for a business traveller who just wants a clean room with a comfy bed. Hotel is old and tired but spotlessly clean and beds are comfortable. You have to pick the key up from another motel and there is no one onsite but once you got past that it was as expected and great value for money."

"The room was very neglected & needs completely refurbishing. The springs could be felt through the sheets on the double bed mattress. The fridge freezer was noisy & in the bedroom area. All the paintwork was chipped & worn & the bathroom vanity stained & old. Flooring in the bathroom was marked, dirty & lifting in places. I've stayed in many places & thought this was very overpriced for the conditions. It looks like the room has never been redecorated since the motel was built. "

"Our stay at the Narrows Landing was incredibky restul. The grounds are lovely, staff were helpful and available, and the room was comfy, warm, and large, if a little rustic. Water pressure was great, the continental breakfast better than most, and we had a fantastic nights sleep. We thouroughly recommend this hotel."
