"The room/hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was typical watery scrambled eggs, potatos, waffle, biscuit and gravy. The biggest complaint was the people above us sounded like a herd of elephants from 8-10pm. The TV service was very spotty."

"Upon walking in the front door of the lobby we were greeted with a strong aroma of an unknown origin. It smelled like a veterinarians office, weed and Clorox. Not pleasant whatsoever. "The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always very helpful, kind and polite. The outdoor pool was large and fun for the kids. The breakfast was small and didn't offer a lot of options but it was nice that it was included. The rooms were clean and the parking lot was well lit which was a huge plus when you get back to the hotel late. The only downside was there aren't any hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang your towels and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Other than that...

"When we arrived it was our dinner time. Noticed a Texas Roadhouse within walking distance. The front desk person offered a coupon and listened to our request to be away from the pool. He was helpful, friendly and gave good advice. Breakfast the next morning was full and ready when we arrived. Parking well lit and felt safe."

"I've been staying at this hotel for a very long time and normally I have very good customer service and experience but this time they overbooked and had tons of cars and one of the customer service representative suggested that I park my car across the street at midnight I’ve been coming from my church function. The parking is horrible and unsafe and when ask for security escort, they could not provide one to me."
