We stayed during a weekend when every room was booked. We were warmly welcomed and check in was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. We used the hot tub and pool which were relaxing. Everything was good. Clean room. The bed was a bit on the soft side for me, I tend to like a firmer bed but that is preference. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that I booked this hotel partially for the pool and it was closed. Major letdown.
