"This property has a very accommodating host and it is exceptionally clean. Everyone working here is extremely helpful and kind. Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. The breakfast has delicious food and an outstanding chef. If you need anything, they are always there to help. Another way they accommodate guest is by speaking English, Arabic and French. I highly recommend this...

"This is a beautiful place to stay, hidden away from the city. It feels like you have been invited to stay in your best friends house, but they provide amazing food. The room i stayed in had a balcony, and I was able to stand outside as the sun set, listening to the call to prayers. There is one thing: you must be able to carry bags up tight stairways. My suitcase was 60 lbs (23 kg) and i needed help. But I can't wait to return!"

"Memorable wonderful stay in a most unique, quiet and safe property in the historic Medina. Perfect for adventurous travelers, not the Marriott crowd. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff made the stay simply wonderful. Highly recommend having dinner at the rooftop restaurant as well, and coordinate airport transfer with the hotel to avoid airport taxis. Enjoy the Medina! "

"Nous avons été trés bien reçus par un hôte trés agréable dans une trés belle demeure trés bien entretenue.Notre chambre était propre avec une grande salle de bain.Le lieu est trés apaisant, au bord de la mer et nous avons pu nous rendre dans le centre de la Marsa à pied sans problème.Le personnel est adorable et nous sommes repartis avec un petit cadeau offert. Nous garderons un trés bon souvenir de notre passage.Une adresse que nous conseillons sans problème. "

"Beautiful property with large, secure, central courtyard and nicely appointed common areas. We bought groceries and cooked our meals there except for breakfast which was delivered each day (and was awesome). Room was large and a/c worked great. Only challenge was finding the place on arrival. There are no signs/markings/front desk so you MUST connect with the property manager to coordinate your arrival."
