One of the worst hotels I ever been, the check in was very bad we waited 3:30 hours to get a room from 3pm to 6:30pm Then the air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay they told us they were working on it, we didn’t have towels for three days the excuse was the laundry room was closed!!! The food wasn’t good too we had to wait for the plates and forks...,the do change their name a lot when ever they have a bad reviews the real name is Hammamat Village instead of Caraïbe Garden:( overall it was a bad experience I don’t recommend going to this hotel.

le personnel chargé de la sécurité au niveau du portail n'a pas pu confirmer que c'est bien l'hôtel que nous cherchions le personnel à la réception n'a même pas trouvé la réservation, il a fallu appeler le numéro de téléphone inscrit sur la réservation pour pouvoir négocier le droit d'entrée le déjeuner est pris dans le restaurant d'un hôtel voisin les activités organisées dans la piscine en journée ressemblent plus à concours de cris les boissons alcoolisées servies se résument à de la bière pression 1er prix (plus de mousse que de liquide) le ménage n'était pas fait dans la chambre que nous avons récupérée après négociation, nous avons trouvé des affaires des clients qui nous ont précédés les animations organisées de nuit ressemblent plus à un mariage Algérien

nous avons bien réservé 1 semaine dans cet hôtel qui parait bien d'après les photos. une fois sur place, on ne trouve pas l'hôtel du moins un hôtel fermé si on peut dire. on était choqué. on nous a dirigé vers un autre hôtel club qui ressemble plus à un camping qu'à autre chose. nous avons galéré avec Hotels.com pour nous reloger (en tout 5 au tél). je ne sais pas pourquoi hotels.com propose un hôtel qui n'est plus en service depuis plus d'un an. en tout cas le début de nos vacances c'est bien transformé en cauchemar. Merci Hotels.com

Siamo arrivati ed avevano difficoltà ad ospitarci in quanto non parlando l'arabo ci anteponevano gli algerini , di cui uno aveva avuto la pretesa di riservarsi il posto auto per quando sarebbe ritornato i pasti e la cucina in genere facevano pena, non c'era olio d'oliva per condire l'insalata, carenza di posateria e sporche , , Facciopresente alle prime ore del pomeriggio che da una camera fuorusciva acqua nel corridoio ma la sera vetso mezzanotte al nostro rientro sbraba di essere a Venezia con l'acqua alta.per mia iattura dinotte ho urtato l'alluce e qiando alattino ho chiesto dell'nfermeria o di un medico per tutta risposta mi hanno dato una boccetta piens meta' di alcool e una di betadine , nornyefasce ne cerotti.il gabinetto ed il rubinetto del bagno perdevano acqua .. ..e mi fermo qui. ..

Hôtel inexistant

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel par le biais de votre site, en arrivant sur les lieux, l'hôtel était fermé, sinistré, en état de désolation. Nous avons eu deux gardes non francophones en guise de bienvenue nous signalant que l'hôtel n'était plus en activité. Le choc pour ma femme et mes trois enfants. Nous tenons à être remboursé.

Il caribbean world beach e garden è inesistente gli altri hotel simili erano chiusi mi hanno spostato prima in un hotel dove la pulizia era scarsissima e il mangiare orribile e dopo in un altro simile ma ancora piu sporco .ho trascorso le vacanze a traslocar i bagagli. consiglio a tutti di portarsi qualche detersivo e di soggiornare in qualche casa con cucina oppure di prenotare un hotel solo con colazione - senza pensione completa per il resto la tunisia è bella io in 14 giorni l' ho visitata quasi tutta. Effectivement l'hôtel est très bien placé ; par contre il est à refaire complètement ; les chambres du rez de chaussée sont humides à souhait ; il faut attendre que les serviettes soient lavées pour les récupérer ; les PDJ sont très bof ! des fuites au plafond, les peintures qui s'écaillent de partout, les lavabos qui se décrochent du mur ; tout est à refaire et il vaudrait mieux démolir et recommencer ! en tout cas trop cher pour se qui est proposé ; aller de préférence au GREEN GOLF pas en bord de mer mais plus neuf et moins cher.

A fuir absolument!!!

Pour votre interet lisez ceci jusqu'au bout! On est arrivé en pleine nuit et on a constaté immédiatement l'état deplorable de l'hotel; il y avait des poils et cheveux partout par terre, plein de poussière sur les meubes, les miroires étaient flou car il n'avaient jamais été nettoyé. Quant à la salle de bain, deplorable! Les trou d'évacuation de l'eau étaient plein de crasse et de cheveux, des traces noir (de crasse) sur les coins, les sanitaires très sales et qui semblaient n'avoir jamais été lavés! Ensuite, quant au lit, horrible, car nous avons trouvé des taches de sang provenant de règles très probablement sur nos draps. Nous avions demandé un lit double, mais en fait il n'y a que des lits simples qui sont accollés. Quant aux oreillés et matelat, ils étaient plein de taches ( en gros un nombre incalculable de personnes avaient dû bavé dessus sans qu'ils n'ai jamais été changés!). Les serviettes étaient pleine de taches et de trou ( nous n'avons meme pas chercher à savoir d'oû est ce que ces taches provenaient, on preferait meme pas y penser) !! On nous avait annoncé sur le site internet que l'hotel est climatisé, c'est faux! En réalité on nous a dit que la clim est éteinte en septembre, mais en fait certaines chambres disposait de la clim ( en gros, la clim c'est à la tete du client)! Puis nous avons envoyé depuis l'hotel une carte pour notre ami en France et bien après notre retour, elle n'est toujours pas arrivée! de plus le coffre fort annoncé est payant!

Aria condizionata non in funzione nonostante ci fosse una temperatura esterna di 36 gradi ed una umidità del 70%.Una vera sauna.Il personale della reception ha riferito che l'aria condizionata viene renuta in funzione solo fino al 15 settembre.Assurdo non tenere conto della situazione climatica del momento.Anche i pasti del buffet sono risultati di modesta qualità e con poca varietà

Hotel tres vieux et depassé.

Hotel construit depuis les années 50 et rester a son etat depuis , la mojorité des commodités et des services sont HS ( hammam fermé, discothéque hs, sanitaires degradées , des parties des equipement abandonnés et oubliés ) De plus le buffet du restaurant est tres pauvre , repas catastrophiques et inmangeables . Sevice d'animation nul et me rappelle des animations simples et banales pour les enfants ( pas de sens). J'etais obligé de payer 50dtn parcequ'ils m'ont volé la clé de ma chambre. Reste a dire que les nombres des clients en masse viennent juste pour le bon rapport prix / implantation de plus la gentillesse de l'equipe .
