Nos dieron una suite de mayor nivel, al no coincidir las fotos de la suite que habíamos reservado que estaba puestas con la habitación que nos habían dado. Average hotel

Tge hotel ia clean and modern, but the service and the breakfast is terrible, over allrge hotel is average and not worth the money, the best part us the swimming pool, but the management shoukd work more with the staff in terms of customer service, the breakfast is average...omelette is runny ..oan cakes burnt...not worth tge monet and wont recommends.

Pas d’eau dans la chambre a 30 degrés pas de serviette a la piscine room service sans téléphone qui ne marche pas, pas de gel douche au restaurant 3 salières pour 400 couvert pas de sel pas de poivre 4 et 5 eme étoile bien acheté 😭 et j’en passe..pension complete eau pas compris ni aucune soda d’ailleurs fuite dans la salle de bain pas de dinars pour faire du change bon en gros une catastrophe etc etc

Séjour 3 nuits

Arrivé à 4 h du matin la compréhension pour le parking était un peu compliqué. Pas vraiment d explications Sur le fonctionnement de l hôtel des service et des horaire de repas . Chambre propre tout les équipement fonctionnel. Il faut savoir que la Clim ne fonctionne pas quand la porte fenêtre du balcon est ouvert . La piscine est super le dérivé de repas est un self le petit déjeuner au top et le dîner sympa prendre en compte que les boissons sont en extra. La nuit une ballade autour de la piscine est vraiment magnifique. L hôtel est assez calme . Séjour de 3 nuit vraiment sympa les commerces sont à 3 min en voiture et 17 à pied . Les employés répondent au demande autant qu ils peuvent. La femme de ménage travail bien et aucun souci de vol . Franchement très bon séjour je recommande et reviendrai.

Vi reserverede kl 09 samme dag før vi skulle tjekke ind, da vi kom til lobbyen var vores værelse ikke klar vi ventede 40 minutter og fik et værelse meget langt væk, da vi spiste var bestikket ikke nyt men flere år gammelt, brødet var hellere frisk plus man får at vide man må svømme med burkini, men da vi var der sagde hende i receptionen i spa at man måtte gerne kun hvis der ikke var mennekser, ikke så sødt sagt. Morgenmaden var ikke så god og ikke meget udvalg. Deprimerende hotel og slet ikke 5 stjerner.

The hotel looks nice we were bothered by two factors: 1- zero privilege as gold members. They refused to give an upgrade even though the hotels was not full. The service was too slow. We kept waiting for almost 2 hours to get pool towels and every time we requested one they sounded very rude and indifferent. 2- we were assigned a room where we had 3 RF antennas . As experts in the field we know that was not safe at all and extremely harmful.

No perks for Gold members, disappointing..

My second time in the Russelior Hotel; Things that did not change : - Food quality, always good. - Rooms, they are good. Things that did change : - Garden is not well maintained as it used to be. Grass is not as green as it used to be and trees are not maintained as they used to be few years ago. - Hotel partly transformed to a retirement and nursing home hosting Seniors with or without medical assistance. Every Senior person is actually assisted by a nurse. I've seen the same for El Hambra and Saphir Palace, all in the same region. - The cold welcoming and NO perks despite being a Hotels.com Gold member and the hotel being almost empty (I've kindly asked for the upgrade when booking). I'm not going back to this property.

Loin d'être un 5 étoiles

Loin d'un 5 étoile. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel The Russelior et mon expérience a été très décevante. Tout d'abord, le service était très médiocre. J'avais réservé et payé pour une chambre avec vue sur la piscine, mais on m'a donné une chambre différente sans explications ni excuses. De plus, les assiettes de la cuisine n'étaient pas propres, il y avait des résidus de nourriture, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. L'accès à l'eau était également limité, ce qui est très inconfortable pour les clients. Enfin, le petit déjeuner ferme à 10h, et si vous arrivez à 9h30, il ne reste presque plus rien à manger. C'est vraiment frustrant et montre un manque d'organisation de la part de l'hôtel. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel et je ne reviendrai certainement pas.

Très très belle hôtel et tres bon établissement cependant l’établissement na pas asser de personnels pour faire face au attente demandé par exemple les serviettes sont retirées de la chambre mais pas remplacé immédiatement La piscine est très mal organisée a cause de mauvais personne qui pause leurs serviettes des 7 h du matin pour réserver les transats si vous arriver par exemple a midi vous n’aurez pas de place sur un transat bref franchement c’est dommage car c’est un tres beau hôtel mais il est très mal géré La bouf en alla exclusive reste à désirer Pour moi cette hôtel en lui meme merite les 5 etoiles Mais il ya un gros travail a faire sur l’organisation et le mangée et le personnel qui ne suffi pas malgré tous les efforts par exemple pour faire un chekin 1h20 fin voila pour moi 5 etoile ok mais le personnel ne suffi pas malgré tous les effort fournis

How is this hotel 5 star?

This hotel is FAR from 5 stars. It took over an hour to check in because reception could not find our reservation. They did little to quickly resolve this and just left us waiting and pretty much did they best to ignore us until we insisted they sort the issue. The main hotel areas were fine but the corridors were poorly lit, probably to hide the poor and dingy condition. The hotel was fine but also not 5 star condition, wallpaper was peeling, stains on the curtains, finger marks around the mirror. The room was apparently pool view but the glimpse of the pool we could see was actually the pool of the neighbouring hotel. The one plus is the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was really poor. It was tasteless and the pastries were rock hard. The pool itself was really nice and seemed clean but the surrounding area was a complete mess. Chairs and loungers just strewn around, all were really dirty too. I would not stay again and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
