"We loved our stay . The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean and on 3rd floor overlooking the Colorado river!! So nice and just a walk to old downtown."

"It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"The Horseshoe Bay resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are pristine and the pools are all very lovely. The room was very clean and we loved the views of the lake. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at J's restaurant a few times and it was wonderful and we also enjoyed the Waterfront grill."

"Our stay at Quality Inn Near Lake Marble Falls was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. When we arrived, the front desk employee appeared very tired and even mentioned that she was falling asleep. During check-in, I asked about paying for a rollaway/extra bed for my 9-year-old son because the hotel’s website lists this amenity under the “Family Friendly” section. However, she immediately told me they do not have rollaway beds and said they have never had them available. She also...

"Could use some upgrades but otherwise ver clean, loved the shower and I slept like a baby. Only thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel was pet friendly, do as I was falling asleep I got a good whiff of dog smell. "

"The property is beautiful. Service is slow in the restaurant and a very limited menu. The staff in the main building were not very knowledgeable about the property so we had to figure out a lot on our own. The spa was lovely and services excellent."

"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."
