"Save your money and go somewhere else. Rooms were underwhelming and no hot water. Maintenance came and said you have to turn on sink for about 5 minutes first to get hot water in the shower. Crazy. "This hotel is something out of the twilight zone. It's extraordinarily huge, and you can get lost very very easily. And here we go: 1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out ..."
