"Le petit déjeuner était moyen, la chambre propre, moyenne par rapport au prix, petite télé dans une grande chambre, salle de bain ne peut pas être plus propre en raison de plusieurs années d’usure, très petite et bain comme à la maison, rien à voir avec ce qui est montré sur le site, l’internet coupait souvent, parfois pour de longues minutes, les clés de chambre ne fonctionnaient pas en tout temps (changé de clés de chambre trois fois en une semaine). On s’y est fait mais ça ne valait pas son prix. De façon globale, c’était limite passable."

"The only positive of this place would be the view of the capitol building. The building and rooms are out-dated, but the worst part was the maintenance. The hotel has a lot of issues with hotel card readers on the room doors, which do not work or reset after a day. I had to get a new room the first day because the key card couldn't be read, and then had to go down to the lobby repeatedly, to the key card reset. Other guests were having the same issue. The room that I had had an odd, moldy smell, which was the first thing I noticed. There were a couple stains on the old-looking carpet. The king bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. Half the light bulbs in the room were out. The tv was old and pre-streaming services, and old had cable. It looked like there was supposed to be a full-length mirror next to the room entrace, but it was missing. The bathroom was the worst part. There was mold on the ceiling and stains, possibly mold on the shower curtain. The sink was missing the part that pulls up the stopper, so you just had to reach in and pull the stopper out completely in order for the sink to drain. There was hair all on the walls of the bathtube and inside. There was a roll of toilet paper with like 6 squares on it, and the towels and wash clothes were the thinnest, cheapest towels I have ever seen. It was clear that neither the staff or management care about this hotel. It seems all that time and money went into hiring photographers to make it look good online..."

"Started my day with given a key to my room that did not work. Waited for elevator again. Back to front desk. They gave me the wrong room number. (! Bad thing no one was in the room at the time) Bathroom sink very slow draining, had to hold down the handle until toilet flushed. Handicap assessable to pool compromised due to hoses blocking entrance. There are no handicap door opener on any doors or walls making it a challenge to get in and out of rooms or out to the courtyard The only breakfast option is the 18 dollar buffet. Full capacity hotel with only one working elevator also a challenge. Waited 20 min each time. Front desk notified of concerns It was a nice stay but disappointing. For almost spending 600 for the weekend. Wellsworth hotel should do better"

"This was my second time staying at this hotel. No complaints or concerns very clean and staff was very polite... my only suggestion is that they should change up the breakfast options. Like maybe some bacon instead of the sausage or have both."

"I have stayed in many Hilton hotels and usually the front of the house. Staff is far more cheerful and welcoming. In addition, coffee in the lobby is often available 24 hours. That was a little disappointment in itself."
