"The worst of the worst. Internet never worked. All night with nothing. Staff incompetent!! People outside your door all night walking and talking. I could go on and on but I'll leave it here."

"When booking my two rooms I was looking for a pool to entertain three children to my surprise and having to pay an additional $300 for a deposit on top of the $900 I paid for two days was crazy to find out there was no pool for the money I sent I could have went to somewhere a lot nicer. The rooms also stated they where King suites they were not just regular hotel rooms that they are overcharging for. Very disappointed in this stay"

"The room was more or less okay, although some things just didn't work, but the entire building feels like it's only halfway finished. Lots of work being done, the common area is filled with boxes of things, and one other resident referred to the elevator as "ghetto" as the floor isn't done and there's a tarp or something hanging over the walls. "The staff was extremely rude! Front desk manager got mad because our request to her manager because she was being extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property...

"The bathroom switch didnt work, the vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the fridge was not working and smelled like rancid food, the hallways wreaked of cigarettes and garbage, the outlets in the room were loose, the ac would kick on and off and was not maintaining room temperature, the sheets had holes in them and some of the towels smelled mildewy. "Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. "

"Wanted to get away for the holiday weekend and this hotel was perfect. Very peaceful around, clean room and very comfortable bed."

"At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up."

"The staff was very accommodating, kind, and helpful which I really appreciated. There were no bugs- which was a BIG plus compared to a different chain that I stayed in last year. It was thoroughly enjoyable which is needed during the stressful long days of residency!"
