"We stayed at Pine Lake Resort as a couple and specifically chose and paid for a lodge because we wanted to enjoy the lake-view patio. This was a major reason for choosing the resort. We were not aware that some of the lodges, particularly several located at the back/end of the resort, do not have any lake view. "The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"
