"I really wanted to love this place, and there are definitely some positives, but unfortunately, a few key issues impacted our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with a lot of historic charm, and it’s impressively clean for its age. That said, our experience fell short in several areas. We were in town for a funeral and arrived very late, only to be woken up at 7:30 a.m. by loud roofing work directly above us. At no point during booking or during check-in were we informed that construction...

"The view of the river was awesome. Everything was walking distance. From morning coffee at The Mill to the golf course to the marina at night for dinner. All amenities were very convenient."

"Everything about this place was great except for one thing. The wifi was horrible! This hotel needs to invest in better Wi-Fi for its guests. Since there is no cell service, Wi-Fi would be helpful for guests so they can make Wi-Fi calls and work on their computers."
