"They couldn't figure out how to key our room key. You can't check in an hour early without a charge. Was rude at front desk. Asked what to do around hotel was given all BARS with my 17 yo daughter with me. Left waiting at front desk for over 20 minutes while the tried to key room. The room door wouldnt lock. The door wasnt straight so didnt close right. Only 1 room key actually worked. No milk at breakfast. "

"We were rather disappointed with our on-night stay, to be honest. We were expecting more from staying at an Omni Hotel.
The room had a bad smell from the carpeting. The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged.
We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill."
