"The hotel’s location is right next to the visitor center which is great. You can walk to Colonial Williamsburg or take a free shuttle. Overall the hotel is outdated, and has areas that are very ran down around the exterior. The beds were hard and not comfortable. Breakfast will do. It’s an average hotel breakfast with overcrowded food areas. The hotel is expensive for what you get."

The main gate to the pool was never open on time 8 to 8:00 is when it's supposed to be open and I had to call to have it opened at 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning.
