"They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. They finally moved us. The ONLY good thing about this motel was a good shower. Bed was hard, breakfast was burnt, motel was not well-maintained."

"Our stay didn’t start out the greatest due to the gentleman working the front desk acting like we were bothering him by checking in. He was quick to get us checked in but was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed. The room felt clean for the most part, the linens were clean and bathroom was also. But staff need to pay greater attention to detail. The walls are stained, bed sheets very sloppily made, some small pieces of trash not picked up, and the throw pillows not arranged but just laid on the...

"Well located, easy to deal with parking, spacious. Comfortable bedding and standards amenities. Friendly staff, they allowed early check in."

"I’ve been staying in this room for 2 days, and the shower water still isn’t draining properly. The bathroom gets messy, and overall the room is not clean. The receptionist was also not helpful when I raised the issue. On top of that, the room was completely different from what was recommended and shown during booking. The only thing that was working is air conditioning. Overall Very disappointing experience."

"The property is right near the beach and within minutes of resturants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, one of the best I have ever seen. The property is older and has had some upgrades but is still in need of more updates and repairs. The cleaning staff isn't the best, but overall, it was good for the price and I would definitely stay there again."

"Sink was backed up….. drained very slowly. Gunk floating back into the sink. No assistance in getting it resolved. I even asked for a plunger and cleaning product to take care of the problem myself but to no avail. No discount or refund offered. My wife was especially not happy at all…."

"The staff and maintenance workers were very nice and polite and easy to talk to. Breakfast was great. The 2 things that I didn’t like was. The beds were hard to sleep on. The other I noticed was the door to my room. When I would go to leave the room I would make sure to not let the door slam. When I did this I noticed the door wouldn’t secure and the door could easily be pushed opened. I would have to push on the door and pull the door shut to make sure the door would be secured before leaving....

"This is a nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet room, good breakfast. And it's just a short drive to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor's Center and village. It was a great choice for my brief stay."
