"The guy who checked us in was so nice and welcoming. The room was clean. The door is locked so they have to let you in, but once you get your room key then you can get in yourself. When we checked out super early am, the lady wasn’t able to get us out of the system or take off the fee for the safe. I believe she said she was legally blind? Obviously no fault of her own, but they should be more accommodating for her to be able to do those things. "
