"Checkin keep in mind this an apartment not a hotel also in a very busy location in Soho. No instructions before arrival and communications with the host was a challenge (poor English) After hours eventually got access. The apartment is modern well laid out but as advertised no aircon and with recent temperatures in London that was a problem. 2 fans were provided but they made little difference. "Amazing place, very safe. Great location since it’s close to a tube train as well. No a/c but not a problem."

"We enjoyed our stay as the place was within walking distance to restaurants, buses and train station. Also our rooms were very spacious as we opted for 3 bedrooms. Maid service was a plus as it was nice coming home to a clean place. Check in and out was good and the place has 24 hour customer service. Only 2 things we would change. There is only 1 very tiny elevator and stairs are steep, windy and narrow."

"We stay here almost every time we visit London. The location is great, price is fair, and service is excellent. It’s a little on the older side, everything has a little “tilt” or “this is weird” to it but it works if you’re not needing fancy and want something functional. One thing they could improve which seems like a small thing but…they need to have hand soap dispensers, at least in the bathroom + a bathroom garbage can. Being forced to use the little bottle of body wash every time you need...

"This was a great place to stay during our 6 day London trip. Located on a peaceful street minutes away from three tube stations and Paddington Railway Station, getting around was easy. It's also very close to Kensington Park and a number of museums local pubs and plenty of shops. The room was everything we needed to do some laundry, heat up some food, with enough room to sit a relax. Well worth booking the Space Apart!"
