"The room we received was extremely small amnd the beach didn't have a clear path to get to it. Oh well its a middle class hamptons experience so it was worth it. I would stay there again, if I can't find anything better for 100 dollars more per night. I would pay 100 dollars more per night for a better room at a slighthly nicer venue, but not more than that."

"This was my first time to the Hamptons and it was very enjoyable. The property we stayed at was a good part of making our 5 day stay so successful. The salt water pool was clean and was right on the bay. The deck, also on the bay, was a lovely place to have our coffee and breakfast. They also had a parking pass for the beach, which saved us the $40 or $50 non-resident parking fee! Brothers Patrick and Brian shared their knowledge of places to go and restaurants to frequent. "The view is the best! Beach is beautiful. Rooms are clean however the rooms need some maintenance done. Holes in doors and curtain rods almost falling down . Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Fans on high all the time and turn on and off every 10 min. Had to turn off at night . The staff are very helpful and courteous. We will return again"
