Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). Close to markets and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again."

"Sound proofing of the rooms need to be greatly improved. Our rooms were upgraded 1 tier to the Superior Queen. These rooms come with balcony facing the main streets which are extremely noisy even during the wee hours as there are cars and bikes with modified exhaust zooming by. It could be as simple as replacing the old wooden door leading to the balcony with ones that are properly sealed."
