"We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol."

"This is my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai.
This was my 3rd stay at the WE Valley Hotel,
The place is always immaculately clean, and the friendly staff go above and beyond to be helpful.
There is no restaurant in this hotel (there is an excellent seafood restaurant within easy walking distance) except for a very reasonable buffet breakfast.
