"Resort area and beach access was amazing; definitely worth the price of admission. Room floor was pretty dirty, bugs crawling around the corners of the room. The walls are PAPER thin; could hear the people next to us and their television at night. Could also smell the horrible broccoli that they were cooking one night. Will probably not book here again"

"The staff was extremely rude. There was a cockroach found in our room. I reported the staff member who was rude to me to the manager. All he said was that they will make sure he goes back into training. Then he offered me $120 dining credit. The staff member was so rude to my boys and me that we didn’t even feel comfortable going into the lobby or dealing with the concierge. We will never stay at the Sheraton or a Marriott hotel again."
