"Chris the manager was terrific and staff were great. Breakfast was good but an option for something less fussy - oatmeal or soft boiled eggs would be good for ‘non Breakfast eaters.’ Nice porch to relax would have been nicer if we’d been able to purchase a glass or bottle of wine. But nitpick. Thanks for a wonderful day and 2 nights in beautiful Bar harbor."

"Perhaps our favorite accommodation we’ve stayed at. An unbelievably charming cottage, extremely friendly staff, delicious breakfast and complimentary wine, easy parking, along with being close walking distance to downtown make this place special. We cannot wait to come back."

"We stayed three nights and could not wait for breakfast each morning. Each day Cheryl served a gourmet delight. The location was perfect with a grocery around the corner and an easy walk to town. (Parking is limited in Bar Harbor.) Cheryl answered all of our questions and was very responsive to our needs. Our room was very quiet and equipped with everything we needed. If we ever return to Bar Harbor we will certainly stay here again."
