"The room was very cozy, breakfast was perfect (sweet and savory options), they had cake and cookies and tea every afternoon. Location was great, walkable to everywhere. We had a great stay!"

"Awesome!"

"Loved our stay at the Primrose Inn!"

"Very unique older historic property, staff we're pleasant and helpful, close to water and delicious breakfast!"

"It was a beautiful, well kept up home run by a wonderful family! So fun to visit with other people staying there! And the breakfast was excellent!"

"Nice place and walkable too shopping and dining options."

"We stayed three nights and could not wait for breakfast each morning. Each day Cheryl served a gourmet delight. The location was perfect with a grocery around the corner and an easy walk to town. (Parking is limited in Bar Harbor.) Cheryl answered all of our questions and was very responsive to our needs. Our room was very quiet and equipped with everything we needed. If we ever return to Bar Harbor we will certainly stay here again."

"Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about Bar Harbor and Acadia. Easy access to the park. Breakfast was excellent!"

"1800's house built by a sea captain, very rustic and authentic."

"The inn was a lovely example of New England B&B experience. Quaint room design and excellent proximity to carriage roads and hiking trails. Staff was really nice and helpful! Pointed us toward some local points of interest. The “breakfast” was minimal, muffins and mini-quiches with some fruit. But it was enough to get a day started and the coffee was good."

"Yellow house is fantastic! Sara, the proprietor, made us feel right at home. Not only is it charming but conveniently located near downtown Bar Harbor and all the great food and sights. A charming place to rest your head. Highly recommended!"

"Great property, quiet and safe. Breakfast was great and owners were accommodating in every way."

"Delightful in located blocks from the ocean in Castine. Really great breakfast, bikes available to use, good wifi. There was a power outage due to a storm while I was there and while the building didn't have a generator, breakfast was still served the next morning and I noticed very little difference to the inn's normal procedures. Just a small thing, I don't think the heat in my room was on and it felt about 10 degrees colder in there than in the hallway outside. This is likely not an issue for...

"I loved my stay at the Atlantean. It was conveniently located and the staff were so accommodating. I had a run so I wasn't able to"
