"Room was great, spacious, and clean. The housekeeping staff (especially Isabella) was superb and very friendly. The front desk staff was not great. Whenever we had questions or asked for items for our room, it was either answered with an attitude or a roll of the eye. The pool was freezing and apparently we were supposed to tell the staff 4 hours prior that we wanted to use it so it would be warm enough to use. "Quiet hotel, fairly clean (musky odor in hallway and upon entering the room), good breakfast..didnt like the outside pool and the fact that i thought i would get a room with a sofa bed but didnt.⁰"

"I would not go to this place. I travel all over and have had stayed at places that are listed good with generally good outcomes. This was on the verge of condemned and we were so tired from travel or we would have left. "

"Parking is the only issue I had during my stay, the hotel is in a residential/retail compound and there isn't sufficient convenient parking for the guests."
